In order to serve our shoppers better, over at FASH MOB, with effect from 5 Oct 2015, we offer both Standard and Express Courier service for all local deliveries. You may opt for your preferred shipping mode when checking out your shopping cart. Upon verification of your payment, you will receive an email informing you that your order is in the midst of packing and delivery. We process and pack all orders within 1-3 working days (Mondays to Fridays; Weekends & Public Holidays excluded) and deliver all local orders via our courier service provider, NinjaVan. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification from us informing you of the delivery. To check on your order status, simply log in to your account and view "Order History and Details". In the event that your order consists of an in-stock item and a backorder item, the in-stock item will be despatched first and the backorder item will be despatched when backorder stocks have arrived. This applies to international orders as well.
Standard courier service is free of charge for local delivery for all Local Orders. Delivery time is 1-4 working days upon processing of order at our end and pick-up of parcels by NinjaVan.
Express courier is available at a small cost of SGD$3 for all Local Orders. Delivery time is 1 working day upon processing of order at our end and pick-up of parcels by NinjaVan.
All despatched parcels can be tracked via NinjaVan at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg with your order reference with the addition of the prefix FMB in front of your order reference. E.g. FMBXXXXXX. Simply go to "My Account" page and "Order History and Details" to retrieve your order reference. Additional charges will apply for re-deliveries if no one is present to receive the parcel after the 3rd delivery attempt.
Please provide your contact number when signing up for an account at our website to ensure that the courier can reach you in any circumstances with regards to your delivery. Alternatively, you can update your contact details at "My Account" page and under "My Addresses".
Ninja Collect is a brand new Ninja Van flexible self collection service, allowing local shoppers to collect their parcels faster at their convenience. Shoppers can now choose from 2 collection options near them. Ninja Collect service is free of charge for all Local Orders.
(i) Ninja Box - Automated parcel lockers strategically located across the country where customers can collect their parcel by simply scanning a verification code, which will be sent to them via email/sms.
(ii) Ninja Point - Ninja Points are Ninja Van's partner retail shops located at areas with high footfall. Customers can now collect their parcels from retail shops such as Home Fix, Guardian or even your regular mama shops/convenience stores.
Once your parcel has reached the collection point, you'll receive a Verification Code SMS from Ninja Van informing you of the collection. Shoppers have two working days to collect their parcels. In the event that the parcel is not collected after two days, a nominal surcharge of $4 will be chargeable for standard re-delivery of the parcel. Do ensure that you are able to collect your parcel on time before opting for Ninja Collect. Click HERE to find out more.
To opt for Ninja Collect, follow the steps below:
1) Go to this link https://collect.ninjavan.co to check where is the nearest collection point near you.
2) Select a Distribution Point from the map provided.
3) Copy the generated address (e.g. NINJAPOINT@GD_TPC) and postal code on the left-hand side bar
4) Click on "Update Address" at the checkout page and paste the generated address (e.g. NINJAPOINT@GD_TPC) and Postal Code under "Additional Information" at the Update Address page and save to return to the checkout page.
Self collection is available during Chinese New Year allowing local shoppers to collect their parcels at our Ubi office at their convenience. Shoppers can opt for Self Collection at checkout and be notified once your order is ready for collection. An email with our office address, collection dates and timings will be made available to you once your order is ready for collection.

Chinese New Year Ordering/Closure
In order to ensure all local orders reach you in time for the Lunar New Year, place your orders by 23rd January, Monday, 12pm so that they can be despatched out to reach you before CNY. Any local orders placed after 23rd January, 12pm, will not be guaranteed a delivery date before CNY.
Our office will be closed from 27th January to 5th February 2017. Any orders placed during this period will be processed after our office resumes operations on 6th February 2017. Any other enquiries/returns/exchange/other matters will also be attended to on 6th February.
International shipping is available worldwide. For international shipping, please refer to the table below for an estimated guide on the shipping rates and delivery time. All international orders will be shipped via our local post office, SingPost. You can also refer to SingPost, www.singpost.com for more details. All international deliveries may be subjected to custom checks and duties at the shipping destination. Any taxes or customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer. For more information on parcels held for custom checks, please check with your local post office for more updates and details. Once the parcel has left Singapore to the destination country, we will not be able to conduct any checks on our end.
