We provide returns for all regular priced items with effect from 20 Mar 2016. Please take note of the following in order for your returns to be valid.
- Returns must be in their original conditions and packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact and purchased directly firsthand from www.shopfashmob.com only in order to be eligible for return. Orders made with promotional codes, discount vouchers, store credits, sale items and non-clothing items such as accessories, bags and shoes, are not allowed for returns. Certain clothing apparels are also not applicable for returns, such as basic tees, as stated in the item description. This applies to all single orders made that contains multiple items. Promotional codes, discount vouchers and store credits are applied to the entire single order and all items in the order are not eligible for any form of return.
- All returns must be mailed back via a trackable source such as SingPost's registered mail or courier, and must reach us within 10 working days for local orders or 20 working days for international orders, from the date you receive your item. We will not be liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel.
- All returns must be sent back with the enclosed Return Form, filled in accordingly. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed. In the event that you have misplaced the form, please email us at email@example.com to request for a copy.
- All returns will be issued store credits within 7 working days upon receiving the item, and valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be extended past its expiry. Any additional shipping charges (E.g. International shipping fees and Express courier, etc) paid for the order will not be refunded or included in the credit note as this is not a compulsory initial charge in the order but optional as selected by the shopper. Credit notes issued for returns are eligible for partial use. A new credit note will be automatically generated for unused credits subject to the original date of validity. Expired store credits are not eligible for extension. Returned items will be released to other shoppers upon confirmation of return and will no longer be available for a return in the event of an expired store credit. Any unused store credits will be forfeited upon expiry.
- All items will be inspected upon return. In the event that the item is found to be not suitable for return, the return will be rejected and returned to you with no store credits issued. Any additional postage/courier fees incurred in the process of mailing the item back for the return will have to be borne by the customer. Returns are accepted and processed via mailings strictly only. All shoppers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return.
We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days with a snapshot of the incorrect item or area of defect, along with your invoice number for verification purposes and to further process an exchange to the correct item for you. Any postage incurred for the exchange will be reimbursed to you. Kindly note that the incorrect item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact and purchased directly from www.shopfashmob.com only. In the event that a one-to-one exchange to the original item is not available due to stocks availability, store credits will be issued.
We provide exchange of sizes for all regular priced items. This is subject to the size of the item being available in stock with postage charge applicable and borne by the shopper.
Kindly email us at email@example.com with the size you wish to exchange to within 7 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) from the day the item is shipped out, to check for stocks availability. In the event that you contact us after the stipulated deadline, we will not be able to accept the exchange request and returns will not be allowed as well. If the size is not available, you can opt to return the item with a store credit issued. For returns, please refer to the above "Returns" section for more information.
All exchanges can only be processed by post/mailing and have to be mailed back to us via a trackable source (SingPost registered post or courier) within 3 working days upon our confirmation of the exchange. In the event that the item is not mailed back out to us within 3 working days, the exchange will be considered void without any notice. The exchanged item should be in its original condition and packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, all tags intact and purchased directly from www.shopfashmob.com only. Returns are not allowed after for any further exchange of sizes.
Once you have confirmed on the size exchange and we have confirmed reservation of the exchanged size, shoppers are not allowed to back out of the size exchange and opt for a refund instead to be fair to other shoppers. All shoppers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return.
Exchange/returns of any form is strictly not allowed for all Sale/Promotional/Store Credit items.
