How to order?
Login to your account if you are a returning customer. Please note that you will have to register for an account with us if you wish to make any form of purchase. To register a new account or login to your existing account, click here.
Click on the categories of your choice at the top of our site. From the product page, click on the description and measurement tabs for product specifications and sizing. Select the size and enter the quantity you would like to purchase and click "ADD TO CART". Upon adding the item to your shopping cart, you can either choose to continue shopping or checkout now for payment.
If you have started from Step 2 instead, without logging into your account from the beginning, you will be prompted to login or sign up for an account with us at the Checkout page.
At the checkout page, a summary of your shopping cart will be displayed with details of the items added to cart. Check through the items, sizes and quantity of the product. You will be able to delete an item by clicking on "DELETE" from your shopping bag if you do not wish to proceed with the purchase.
If you have a valid promotion or discount code, enter the code in the promotion code box and click "ADD". The discount will then be reflected in the grand total payable. Ensure that you have entered your promotion code in the right format (caps or small lettering, etc) as it is case sensitive.
Choose your preferred delivery address in the same checkout page below your item details. Confirm that all mailing addresses are correctly entered to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
Choose your preferred delivery mode. We provide Normal/Express Courier service for all local orders and International Shipping for international orders.
Read through our Terms & Conditions before proceeding with an order. Upon accepting our Terms & Conditions, choose your preferred payment mode (Paypal/Credit Card or Internet Banking/ATM Transfer/Inter-Bank Transfer). Click on "CONFIRM ORDER" to confirm your purchase.
If you have chosen Internet Banking/ATM Transfer/Inter-Bank Transfer as your preferred payment method, you will be directed to the payment page informing you of the total amount payable and the bank to make your payment to. Click on "CONFIRM ORDER" again to proceed with your payment. If you wish to change your mind and pay by a different mode or amend your order, you can do so by clicking on the "GO BACK" button.
Upon confirming your order, you will be directed to our Payment page to proceed with your order.
For Paypal or Credit Card payments, you will be led to the respective secure websites for convenient payment. You will be prompted to login to your Paypal account if you wish to pay via Paypal. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via Credit Card. Click on "PAY NOW" upon entering your Paypal/Credit Card details at the confirmation page. You will automatically receive a payment confirmation email once your payment is successful.
All local and international orders can only make payment via Paypal or Credit Card.
An invoice will be generated and sent to your registered email address once you confirm your order. Paid orders will be despatched within 1-3 working days from the day your payment is verified. You can review your past order(s) and download your invoice(s) from the "Order history" section of your customer account by clicking "My Account" at the top right hand corner of our website.
